I'll give you a little hint... these threads don't help you get your money back any faster. MMS Tuning no longer exists and the company was dissolved. So your money is technically gone.

However, to make things right... Victor is taking money out of his own pocket to refund people what he beleives he owes them. He's not going to give you money he doesn't have ... you'll have to wait until he has it to give back to you.

Threads like this trying to smear whatever was left of his name only moves you to the bottom of his list.

So basically you're telling him, just forget it and move on and let your "friend" Victor screw him and us (those he owes money to) over. I find that hard to take coming from an Admin that say he's not involved or not defending any supporting vendor on this forum. It cleary shows you know Victor on a personal level beside the business front.

I would know for sure Victor would NEVER screw you over and would whatever to make you happy (getting your money back or stuff you ordered from him).

First, I wasn't even going to respond to this thread and just let one man obsession keep this thread alive. Then you respond by saying just because he complain, he is moving down to the bottom of Victor refund list. :rolleyes

Is it okey for a Victor to take people's money with promise to delivery a product, then goes on a 3-4 month "Vacation" and only because his company is a LLC that shielding him from paying back money that he TOOK from their rightfull owners. That is BS and I really don't care if I am put in TO. Just because he's your best buddy and a "former" supporting vendor, doesn't give him a free pass from those he took money from...:rolleyes

Exactly where did I say to forget about his money and move on ... you need to pay attention. I've always told everyone to contact Victor privately to get their money back. I'm not involved and I'm not supporting the former vendor... I'm telling you what is the best way to get your money back as fast as possible. If you decide to follow my advice or not... I could care less, doesn't change the price of rice for me.

I'm willing to bet those who contact Victor privately and work with him will be getting their money back first. Those who continually attack and berated him trying to continually go after him will probably be last on the list ... if even at all on the list. Remember, a company which no longer exists has your money... guess what, that means your SOL. Try as hard as you want, cry and whine, contact lawyers seek funding for legal fees, whatever... the company no longer exists and henceforth, neither does the money. I've talked to Victor numerous times, and he says he wants to make things right (since last I talked to him)... he is refunding money to people as he has the money to give back... not before.

Feel free to do what you want, I'm only giving advice to help you get your money back. If you choose to follow it, that's up to you.

That's the way I am dealing with Victor and not posting anything on this forum. But your comment was out of line. So what he want to post and complain, let him be. The last time I checked, we are still permitted to post our complain/concern on the "Vendor/Dealer Comment.." regardless if they were a former SV.

If Victor's feel he need to address the forum members, I know by now he can afford a computer with 56k dailup to log on and give us his contact information, etc...

Yes, I know business laws and don't need anyone to lecture me what happen to companies that goes bellyup and take their customers money.

There is nothing wrong with posting comments regarding a vendor, supporting or not, that is why we have this forum. I have in no way stopped him from complaining... I merely offered my suggestion to him to help him get his money back faster. I fail to see how I have been out of line for anything.

If you know business law, then you know where you stand... I merely offer my suggestion on how to try and recoop your losses. Take it for what it's worth, your mileage may vary.

I hope you can back that up. Accusing someone without knowing the facts, could lead to some legal troubles.. I am not taking Kevler side, but just want you to side on caution...

Back that up? Have you not been on the boards the last year or so? Victor has A LOT of peoples money

Victor Tamer has been promising me money for last 8 months !!!! …..” please remove the comments and u will get your money” two weeks past and still nothing!!!! For 8 F$%^ING months!!!! If you’re not going to give me my money then don’t!!! but don’t play with me!! I could really car less about my money now , the fact that I will see Victor Tamer one day face to face will be worth more then any money…….it might take 1 year or 10 years but I will find him……. I really find it hard to believe that Victor does not have $320.00 to send me in a money order!! He did STEAL all of OUR money and gave us nothing in return… I know KEVLAR and Victor are friends , because he deletes all his bad/old MMS Tuning threads…so Victor’s bad rep. is gone, and then he could come back again under another name/company and sell stuff to BFC members…

:deadhorse: ... you are not the first, and I doubt you will be the last to reiterate your feeling about how you are going to beat Victor down. However, if you were smart about it... you wouldn't have posted your intentions on a public forum which can then be used against you in the court of law.

Only threads with unfounded allegations and untruths will get locked or moved to a private holding area (none are ever deleted). We try to keep everything posted here in the event that legal action is ever needed and evidence has to be provided to necessary parties.

If you want to document your dealings with MMS Tuning, that's fine. We just ask that you do them in a professional manner.

I just wanted to let u guys know my problem with Victor/MMS Tunning has been resolved.:) I received a check from him yesterday:redspot , We talk over the phone an he sincerely apologized, and I accepted his apology. Victor is a good honest guy that just had some personal problems...... Thank's again Victor.:) :buttrock
