I am looking at the following car at a dealership and am trying to figure out what to offer:

2003 M3
Certified
35k miles
Metallic Grey
SMG
NAV
Sunroof
Park Distance
HK Stereo

They are asking around $45k but I think $40k is more reasonable...suggestions?

how long is it certified till? 45 is a little bit on the high end, i think your offer is in the ballpark

It is certified for 10 years or 100k miles. So either 7 years or 65,000 miles remaining.

You should be able to get it for 40k, and if you do I think you've made an excellent buy for a CPO car.

I will offer them 40k and see where it goes.
