Thinking about this as one of my next mods but have some other engine mods planned as well. Should I wait for the computer tweaking for last or can I inject now...mod more...and re-inject??

i would look for other tuning options... it didnt work very well on my car... but mine wasnt stock.

I have SS Race exhaust already and will be doing intake very soon.

Headers, X-Pipe and possibly pulleys are in the future as well but I want to make sure I only need to buy the injector once and it is reusable with different mappings on the same car.

Shark should be your last mod as far as I know, they do not have different mappings in one unit as you think. Why don't you give them a call? I am sure they will be glad to answer all your questions.
