2 quick questions:
when i turn the a/c on, i notice a pleasant fragrance first before the cold air kicks in. is this intentional? anyone else notice?
2nd,
when i have the sunroof elevated in the rear and down in the front (by pushing sunroof button up in the middle) - will this position keep out rain if left open?

lol gotta love bmw. It might be coming from the AC filter, same smell when you turn on the heat?

...haven't tried the heat yet.

1)I havent noticed the pleasent smell, could be the new car smell. 2)And it depends from which angle the rain is coming down.

yeah... give it a few years. that pleasant smell turns into something resembling a combination of wet dogs and used tampons.
