Hello everyone, I'm a new BMW owner as I just bought myself the new 2006 Z4 3.0i with Premium Package, Sport Package, Heated seats, etc...

I enjoy my new z4 very much but somehow to my disappointment, its cornering isn't up to my expectation. Although equiped with the sport package, ,my Z4's showed strong body lean when corner at a fast speed. I also have a 2001 Acura CL Type S. Comparing the cornering of the two cars, the Acura CL-S actually gives me more confidence getting on/off freeways at higher speed.

I called my dealer and he told me to take the car to any BMW dealership's service dept and ask for a "suspension tuning" to make it "stiffer". So I asked my local BMW dealership and they said they had never heard of this type of tuning. Is there such thing exists or my dealer was just totally BSing??

Thanks in advance for your answers!

FWIW, the OEM ///M Suspension on my 1999 M Coupe was really soft AND really jacked up and riding high.

I put an aftermarket Ground Control Coilover thing on there with shocks and springs and it was night and day.

The factory suspension (sport or ///M) is just not gonna be super stiff and loosen teeth.

Do you have adjustable shocks? That would be about the only "tuning" that could go on, and I doubt factory shocks are adjustable.

just get coilovers like the count said. There is no tuning, but they're probably talking about adding m3 antiroll bars, which isn't that good performance/price
