I just wanted to leave this feedback about Apex Performance.
I bought an adapter from them a few months ago so I could use my Motive Power Bleeder on my wife's car. When I went to bleed her brakes, the nipple on the top of the adapter where the surgical tubing attaches broke off rendering the adapter cap useless.
Shortly after the problem occured, I sent an email to Apex Performance to report the problem. Got a prompt reply (same day), on the weekend no less, saying they'de get Motive to send me out a new adapter. Sure enough, about a week later the new adapter cap arrived at my house in the mail.
Problems happen all of the time, and I don't like dealing with them any more than I have to. But when you get a chance to do business with a company that takes care of things when a problem does arise, it's such a refreshing experience.
