So i started to work on the car today, i got the front bumper almost off, and i started to try and work on the seats and i couldnt find the screws that hold down the front seats and do i jus kinda pull out the rear seats?

The bolts for the front seats are at the front and rear of the bracket. As for the rear seats, the bench lifts up and out and then there are two screws holding in the backrest. After the 2 screws are removed the backrest should slide up and out. Thats how it was with my seats.

Yes but if you crouch in the rear foot well, and push the edge of the seat towards the rear of the car, it lifts up really easy, you may have to push reward on both sides (or get e friend to help) if it seems a bit stuck. Beaner7102

It helps if you push with your knees the front of the back seat (that's the lower section you sit on) when you are crouched in the back. It sort of pops out as you do that and pull up at the same time. Backrest is correct as per Cali02's directions. :smoke3
