Walter (and Kevin) are extremely reliable and do a fantastic job on your car. I drive over an hour each way, but feel it is well worth it. I really trust them.

Also try autowerks. They opened up a service and performance shop and just announced it yesterday on the forums.

If you're looking for maintenance then check out MPower motors. Charlie is the owner, and works soley on BMW's. He doesn't do much for MODs, he's from germany (or that area anyway) and thinks the OEM BMW is as good as it gets ;)
