Last night, I put the fan on to see if it will hit anything and it didn't. The fan is very close to the radiator and to the pulley. When I turn the fan, it doesn't fit so can I trust my eyes and leave it like this?

It makes sense right, if the fan, radiator and pulley is bolted on tight, its impossible for the fan to hit anything.

If I dont chose to run a fan, do you think its ok in the MD weather - right now being 83 F. I'm thinking of upgrading to a s54 radiator like next month cause i definitely do not want to get heat soak.

Things are definitely close in there, I remember from my supercharger setup. However, provided you trimmed the fan shroud properly you shouldn't have any problems. I would not delete the fan, it pushes a lot of air through the engine bay, at least get a SLIM SPAL fan if you delete it, but I see no reason to do that if you don't have any problems.
