wats going on guys.... i jus picked up a m50 e36 m3 motor...
what do i need to do the conversion.... i have:
complet motor
ecu
engine harness
tranny
drive shaft
and the e36 m3 brakes....
what else do i need and what do i have to do to drop it in my e30 m3

if its an M50 , its not an m3 engine.......
the m3 engine would be the S50, and S50(and the M50)s are already OBD1 ... you don't need to convert it unless its an S52... if that is what you have

525i oild pan, 320i brake booster, 533i motor mounts, m20 temp sensor, m20 starter, mid 80's coolant resovour and radiator holder.
You gonna be running the e36 struts w/those brakes? Or you gonna get the SBI spacer (much easier)?

What benefit does this have? A bleeder screw?

use a brake booster and master from a E32 753/ E30 325ix w/ E34 M5 master. better parts and they will need no modification to fit. also if you need replacements all youll have to do is order factory parts and there will be no need to re-mod the new stuff.

so i do have to change my motor mounts?? i heard u didnt..... but like i said i want to know this conversion very well...im not gonna do it untill my s14 is gone

go to this page and do some research. dont take every word your read to heart. ive seen people do diffent things to get there engines in the E30. this dosnet always mean its right or even looks good. when i did my swap i concerned myself with everything looking stock umder the hood.

so DEM3n is only getting 200 to the rear wheels.....i would think you would get a lil more than that
