Apparently it is agains TX-Dot to have red decals on the back of your car.:rolleyes so Im off to make blue painters tape to go over my flags. What a crock. Its ok to have a red car but no red decals. They also made me remove the colored stars (from DEs) off of the top of the windshield

I just got mine done last week... they played with all the lights, made sure they worked. Honked the horn, plugged into the OBDII port, made sure it didn't return any codes and labeled me PASSED.

It sounds like the guy was looking for a reason to not pass you. I wouldn't go back there and I'd tell others not to go there.

I just get mine inspected at Moritz because they don't give me crap like they once did at that garage. Only downside is that you have to make an appointment.
