Further proof that street racing is fun and safe and this section of Bf.c is totally awesome!!!1!! :(
It would be perfect justice if that chick never had a license again, but you know it won't happen.
El Kabong 07-07-2006, 03:01 PM If you don't have a place to put them here, they'll just show up everywhere else
BMWALDO 07-07-2006, 03:27 PM They died about a 15 minute drive from me. Kinda crazy. The chances of a chic that just got her license in February with her 6 banger Mustang races a Navigator and she clips out of all the cars the Prince of another country. Go figure.
phantom3 07-07-2006, 03:30 PM how do you figure "street racing" was involved , people go 100mph every day

Insane Minds 07-11-2006, 01:00 AM that horrible but somewhat clever ^^^

PS that sucks, they should just give her to that country and call it even.

i hope she stays in the jail til she can't drive.
fm.illuminatus 07-11-2006, 06:17 PM Uh, a speed contest involves two people. She couldn't have "raced" the Tongan prince if HE HAD JUST KEEP DRIVING SLOWLY. So, they are both culpable. I'm surprised none of you understand this simple concept. A race with one person isn't a race. They are both at fault.

A speec contest is also when you are trying to beat a time on a set coruse.

Um, the Tongan prince was riding in a Ford Explorer. She was racing her Ford Mustang against a Cadillac Escalade when she veered into and hit the Ford Explorer the prince was travelling in, forcing the Explorer to flip and roll over killing all three occupants. The police are still searching for the Escalde that was "in a speed contest" with the dipsh*t.
The Tongans were NOT racing the Mustang. Get that straight. I failed to see how the Tongans were "culpable" for getting killed. That's like saying Jesus was culpable for the Romans nailing his @ss to the cross. :rolleyes
EDIT: Actually...That analogy is bad. Jesus IS culpable for the Romans nailing his @ss to the cross. Nevermind. I was never good at the analogy part of the SAT.
Deuuuce 07-12-2006, 02:46 AM Where does it say anything about an Escalade?
Were the Tongans wearing seat belts?

Delgado was driving her Ford Mustang as fast as 100 mph while racing another vehicle when she hit the driver's side of the sport utility vehicle, causing it to swerve across several lanes and roll onto its roof, said California Highway Patrol Officer Ricky Franklin. Delgado was not injured, and the vehicle she was allegedly racing was not found.

The Yahoo article didn't mention the Escalade.
And yes the Tongans were wearing their seat belts.
delphini 07-12-2006, 04:44 PM tragic
Deuuuce 07-12-2006, 07:16 PM Very sad.
I don't know the dynamics of the accident but is it unreasonable to think that structurally the accident could have been survivable? Of course, a tumbling vehicle with a person's head smacking the side of the vehicle couldn't be prevented. But do they sit that close to the side?
