will trade + cash for 03-04 E46. (Please don't offer me anything else other than very clean E46. haha I had one guy call me 5 times offering his baby-blue harley as an even trade. So please, no offense.)

Sorry I forgot the price....$18,500 (all stock parts included as well.)

I have a georgeous E46 M3- 40K, premium and cold weather options, Nappa leather interior, oil changed every 3,000 miles, transmission and differential fluids chnaged (don't believe BMW schedule is adequate), 19 wheels with Michelin PS2's (less than 3k) that I have been thinking about selling and picking up an E-36 M3. In order to appraise the value of your car, I need options that came with the car. Likewise, if you are interested, I can send you a list of all the options that came with my E-46 (there are more).
I saw a post from you some time ago about a differential noise. Did you get the issues resolved? Also would need to know of an independent BMW shop near you to get an assessment done- my cost. I can give you the name and phone number of one where I take my car. My car also has full warranty until 1/07 and the 100k warranty on the engine for the bearing fix. It is jet black with black interior and tinted windows. E-mail me if interested.

Yes the noise was fixed. Dif bolt was loose (common e36 problem), which I replaced with a new one. I also checked the subframe and its in excelent condition. Thanks everybody!
I can also provide carfax report to anybody that's interested.

haha thanx a lot 1996BMW328I. Amazingly, at first I put it on autotrader and I only got 5-6 calls. Since I put it yesterday on bimmerforum, I had at least 10 people wanting to see the car. Thanks everybody again! Great forum.

Hey really interested in the car. Don't live in the Chicago area but I'll be near naperville in Aurora in about 3 weeks. If you still have the car I'd really like to check it out. I'll be sending you an email so I can ask you some more questions?
