Anyway, I'm going to look at a 318ti this weekend. I recently got a new job that has me driving about 100 miles a day now, and the STi's gas mileage just isn't cutting it. Blowing 1/4 tank each way sucks. The gas station attendant near my house knows my name now :( lol So, taking the job with the big raise is simply going right into my gas tank. Time for a more economical car that doesn't suck :)

its black on black with the alloy wheels, 5 spd, and only 50k orig miles on it. Don't know if it is lsd equipeed or any packages (she doesn't know??) but she said it does have a "winter" mode botton (traction control??)

Hmmm... $11K sounds a bit high. I paid just over 7K for my 'black '97 sport a couple of months ago, and it had 120K miles, was in great shape and had upgraded wheels. This was in the SE, so I'm not sure what the market value is in your area.

Just out of curiosity, what color is the interior? Millpoint Red rocks!

BMW's here in CT seem to sell for more than in other parts of the country. However, 11k is waaaaay too much for that car. When I was looking for a car there was a 98 Ti at the dealer where I bought my 325. It had 68k on it and they only wanted $7800. I would definitely pass on this car.

Yeah, I figured it was a bit pricey.... but finding one with 50k on it is a hard feat. She never got back to me about coming to see it, so I guess she sold it or is just ignoring me. So, I guess it's on to the next battle.....
