i always blip the throttle on downshifts, and have noticed that on quick blips the throttle is not that risponsive, ex. try stepping on the throtle real quick, do the rpms go where u want them to be? is there anything i could modify or change the throttle? is this normal?

It has a Throtle Posision Sensor it is not cable drvien so this is normal. As for fixing it I dont know what to tell you...
