Hi, I'm fairly new to this board, and new to the BMW world. I am, however ready to buy my first BMW, but I don't have time to travel to CA or AZ for one. I am posting this to ask if anyone in the Vegas area knows of any Bmws for sale under 5000 in the area, particularly E30, a 318is if possible(read latest GRM), but any car will do, even a right priced E36 or even E34. Thanks.

I don't know anyone selling a BMW right now. Altho weeks ago I saw a nice red E36 that had some nice wheels on for sale, but didnt bother to get the contact number :shrugs: If you're really been wanting to pick up a car, then find your sources. Look around local dealerships, autotrader magazines, newspaper, autotrader.com, cars.com ..etc.

But it would probably be easier to find the right car for you out of state like CA or AZ :)

Yeah, I scan Cars, Autotrader, etc. every day, as well as the newspaper. I am willing to go to CA, but my brother who knows cars, doesn't.

Can you get on military base?? There's a Avus blue e36 325i with decent looking 18s for sale right now at the Lemon Lot section where they sell cars, boats, trucks, etc....It's on north west side of the base. if you want when i go to base again if its still there ill go get the phone #, vin#, etc..for ya so you can do a background check on the car? Same place Wade bought his e30 from has pretty good amount of BMW's coming in & going.

If you could do that for me, it'd be great. I just looked at a 90 325i coupe, and needless to say, it didn't go so well.

He's right..Yeah you'd find a really great amount of BMW's in CA just matter of how you are going to get down there & finding the location since the cities in CA are like 10 times the size of Las Vegas.
