Waddup yo, I've been on this forum for a while, but this is my first official introduction to the NW forum on bf.c. Check out the car that I got about a month ago. It's pretty much my dream car ever since I had a 328is (same color).

See pics below, but before that, here's some info about the car:
I bought it entirely stock, and put smoked turn signals all around... I'm gonna leave the exterior mods at that.
The engine is still 100% stock, but not for long :) I've got a M50 manifold sitting in my apartment, waiting to be installed. Will get some CAI too, and probably software.. Just for a beginning.
I'm also looking for a Bilstein PSS9 coilover kit. New brakes are due too, I'll see what I decide to go with there.
I've got a Pioneer DEH-P9800BT head unit coming in the mail (it has integrated bluetooth cell phone suport), plus iPod and XM Satellite radio adapters.

Some history on the car: It's most likely a theft recovery, although it has a clean title. Carfax reports "inspection after incident" in 2004, and the same owner kept it (it wasn't sold at auction or anything). It seems that the interior, bumpers, audio, OBC and stuff like that were stolen from the car and then replaced. It's got almost-new seats (2 years old, obviously), and a 3-spoke steering wheel (not original). This is pretty cool because I wanted Boston Green, and I also wanted the 3-spoke steering wheel, but that's an impossible combination since they discontinued Boston Green (in favor of Fern Green) when they introduced the 3-spoke steering wheel in 03/98. Currently it has the 11-button OBC which doesn't even work, so I'll replace it with the 18-button version (there are a few more wires that need to be connected, but it can be done).

I like it! Are they OEM wheels? They look like it to me! The corner lights make it look perfect outside, now drop it on coilovers and FI it and you will be done ;)

yep, these are OEM M Forged Doublespoke wheels... supposed to be quite light, around 19lbs?? i don't know, but they're definitely lighter than the others.
yeah, the interior nees to be cleaned and shined a bit. The seats are in great condition, but the steering wheel is worn. the dash needs to be cleaned too. i'll post more interior pics when i install the new head unit. it has blue lights... so if it looks too much out of place, i might consider the interior lighting conversion to blue LEDs for all switches and the dashboard. but i don't know yet, it might look too ricy..

btw, it's amazing how much the color of the turn signals can affect the appearance of the car... it looks A LOT more aggressive with smoked corners than it did with the amber ones. I wanted smoked and not just clear because it's a dark-colored car, and i think i made a good choice on that :)

'95 LTW wheels are 19.5 lb.
'96-99 LTW Wheels are 19.70 lb. fronts AND 20.90 lb. for the rears.

Yes, actually he was. He faxed me a carfax report too (and i also ran my own to verify that it's correct). The carfax said "inspection after incident", but didn't say anything about theft or an accident. I had the car inspected by German Formula in portland, and they discovered that the trim panels (bumpers & side skirts) had been repainted, so obviously replaced, but there were no signs of any collision damage whatsoever. Hence the assumption that it was a theft recovery (and I still think that assumption is correct, now that I've looked around the car - it seems pretty much certain that that's what happened). But yes, Doug Blizzard was upfront about everything, and even drove the car to German Formula for me, so that I wouldn't have to take a trip to Portland just for an inspection (I communicated with GF on the phone).
