I have a quick question for those of you with the evo airbox. Does it work if you do not have the euro tow hook covers? I was getting some repair work done on my bumper and the body shop said they could get the covers, and I didn't know that their were American covers, so now I have those. I don't have the money to buy and paint the euro covers so I am trying to decide whether to keep the airbox or send it back to Turner.

Keep the Evo box, and block off the cover vents

It's meant to work with the euro covers or the vents blocked off, but some run it either way. The Evo airbox is much improved over the dinky 87-89 box.
