My new Jet Black 325i has water spots on it. I parked it at the airport for a week (in a parking garage) and it must have rained and blown inside becuase after I washed the car there are water spots on the front of the hood. The car is only 4 weeks old...

I wash the car at least once a week and with the new paint/sealent from the factory should I be too worried? Should I try to get them out now or wait until I do my full exterior detail in a few months.

Thanks for the help/suggestions.

What would you try to do to remove them?
My brother's car had a respray on his front end, then I detailed that front end a few weeks later (I believe that it was 3 weeks after the respray).
Seemed fine to me.
The things I used were:
Meguiar's NXT car wash, Clay Bar, Meguiar's M80 Speed Glaze Polish using a Porter Cable (PC), and topped it off with Meguiar's NXT liquid wax.
Hope this info will be useful to you somehow...

Don't wait, get to them asap. Parking garages are notorious for crack leaks from the concrete decks above and when they drip they bring with the water crap from the concrete, rebar etc within the material. Those things are nasty. I'd try a good clay bar and plenty of lubricant. Hopefully it is just wind blown rain and should come off fairly easy.

Unless the car has been sprayed with water and left under the sun then those water spots would easily come off.
