driver seatbelt is stuck in the receptacle. its been acting funny for awhile and yesterday it wouldnt let go. cant release is as there seems to be something in the way. i tried to slide a feeler gauge in there to see if i could maybe pop it out but no luck. any ideas?

i was also gonna take it apart but isnt there some sort of sensor that tells whether the driver has their seatbelt or not?
