Does it even exist??? :confused

Just had lunch at Tsunami, and while the guy behind the sushi bar was really nice, it didn't make up for the incredibly large pieces of rice and large chewy super cold fish.

For those who don't know, nigiri pieces should be big, yet small enough to enjoy in one bite. The fish should just melt in your mouth and the rice it is placed on should simply be a small bed for it to lie, slightly smaller than the piece of fish. Granted, a lot of work goes into making sushi rice, but you eat it to enjoy the fish, not the rice.

I'm pretty sure tsunami isn't the best Tulsa has to offer.. some people I used to know at TU would go to Little Tokyo. They claimed to be aficianados :)

In The Raw at 61st and Sheridan is good.

fuji is good also...thats where i go when i go to tulsa. since i havent been there in a while i cant really remember where it is. maybe off 71st?

I would suggest 'In the Raw' at 34th and Peoria....the, um, scenery is quite amazing there also. When you're there, look down 34th street about 3 houses...that's where I live.

Sweet, will have to check out Fuji and In The Raw. There's no hurry but I highly doubt I'll be going back to Tsunami even though it's only 1 block from work.

That'd be myself and Edmond :) I sit on the ABAP row with Minh, Jim, Dean, etc just past the internet cafe towards the north of the building. I'm the first one on the row across from Dean. Edmond sits with the DBA team by the elevators.

I sit past the lease line cause the newbies still don't have assigned desks :(

OMG i ate at inthe raw on brookside. an old friend of mine was my chef by happenstance. it was awesome. I also like fujis.

I hear Quick Trip has great sushi..right next to the hot dogs...mmmm
