ok, so im in the military currently, and my m3 (which is about to be supercharged) is registered in MD despite it being in CA where i live. my question is, when i come back and get emissions done, there are no underhood checks, right? will there be any probs as long as my car has no CEL?
and im pretty sure i cant get in trouble in cali for having a non-carb legal s/c cause i have MD plates, right?

As long as you don't have a CEL on, you are OK in MD.

HAHAHAHA.
My emmisions inspection was a joke. I went to have it inspected, and they knew it was OBD II obviously.. However, they tried to plug into the car under the steering wheel and could not locate the plug in!
I laughed on the inside and they just gave up and told me I passed.
