I know this isn't a Bimmer, but I am selling it to get another one so I thought that it was appropriate.

Odometer reads ~4k Miles, rolled over recently. As I understand it, this was the first rollover (meaning ~104k Miles). Engine is from a 1988 Merker XR4Ti (same long block as the SVO/TurboCoupe). The engine had ~95k Miles on it when rebuilt in December of 2005. No cylinder bore wear (you could still see the machining marks in the bores). When the engine was installed, the car had ~95k Miles on it as well, so they are matched in mileage. The transmission is a 5.0 T5, with a TurboCoupe (larger than SVO/XR4Ti) clutch. The rearend is a stock 7.5" (3.73/Clutch-type LSD). Normal wear on the paint, but looks better than average for its age. The hood and hatch are painted flat black. This was done to offset the looks, and was done when we replaced the rear hatch with one from a 79 GT. The hatch was red, but we repainted it white on the inside and flat black on the outside, so it is nearly impossible to tell. I have either the original leather front seats, badly in need of restoration, or the cloth frontseats that are in it now (from an 84 SVO). The rear seat is in perfect condition. This car has no sunroof. All items with the exception of the window washer and the interior map light work.

Now for the mods:

T3/T04 turbo
Ported head (intake/exhaust)
Ford MotorSport A237 roller cam
TurboCoupe Intercooler
Aluminum radiator
Bypass valve on the intake
Greddy Profec-B boost controller
3" downpipe back exhaust
Ford MotorSport Aluminum driveshaft
4.6l ThrottleBody
Maximum Motorsports Rear Lower Control arms
Ford MotorSport Rear Upper Control arms
Maximum Motorsports Caster/Camber plates
Gabriel Shocks
Progressive rate springs
Turbocoupe Aftermarket swaybars (Can't remember supplier)
Air/Fuel Gauge

It is running on the Stock wheels currently. This car is VERY reliable. I drove it from California to Florida, then around Florida, then Back to California, then to and from work (100 Miles/Day). All this since the engine rebuild and not a whisper of a problem. I will have pics up in the next day or 2 depending on my work schedule.

I would like to see this car go to someone who is actually going to use it, but not abuse it. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. I am asking $5000 OBO. Stress on the OBO, I know $5000 is a little high. The car is located in Central California. This car is very solid though (6.5/10 Cosmetically, 9/10 Mechanically). Thanks for looking!

Post it up on my board: http://www.foureyedpride.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=18

SVOs rock. May want to double-check your ad for a few things, like the fact that there was no 79 GT, I'm sure you mean 89. SVO shoppers are picky sorts. ;)

Good luck on the sale.

Sorry, I mispoke the hatch. The hatch IS from a 79, the wing is from a late aero GT. I am planning on posting it on FourEyedPride as well, as I am a member over there. More of a lurker though. :p

As for where the car is located, it is in the Fresno/Clovis area. Send me a PM if you are really interested and maybe we could work something out. I don't mind a little bit of driving.
