Thanks!
balloger 06-19-2006, 05:06 PM why not the real deal?
SILV3R 06-19-2006, 09:04 PM b/c i dont have "real deal $" lol
My budget is about $1000 for some 18's, not including new tires. I could get some CSL's...but they look similar to my current wheels(mesh style). I want to get some 5-spokes to change the look of my car a bit.
Naw T 3 06-28-2006, 07:26 PM Are you gonna sell your rims?

I might be if the deal is right. And if you give me a opportunity to rid eon your rims and SELL mine. I have no spares. We'll see.... PM me your price you want. I hope i dont rub, my rear rubbed with 255/40/17 a few months ago. And these are 18's. I fi get it, you KNOW the centers are gonna become BLACK.
Don Nguyen 06-29-2006, 02:18 AM I think moven stopped making their ACS and MVR reps.
BOBSKI 06-30-2006, 02:45 AM SILV3R, Are you still shopping around for these wheels? I will sell mine for $1100 with ACS center caps and 4 fairly new BF goodrich tires 225/40/18 all around. Let me know if you're interested.
Wiseguy ON 06-30-2006, 04:20 AM PM "Bill" He has a set of type 2s he might let go for a grand. Difference is, they are real. 17s tho.
Fhattcatt 08-14-2006, 06:40 PM I should be getting mine on Wednesday. We won the auction for these in hypersilver and are getting them for $700 shipped. Others who have gotten these rims from them have said that they look to be good quality-

MBENZF1 08-15-2006, 01:13 AM you seem like a nice guy, let me give you the proper info....do not buy the knock offs. they are really the worst quaility rims you can ever buy. I have two friends that both bought sets (of completely different people from different parts of the world) both sets lasted 1 year, they bent so easy and one was chrome and the chrome completely peeled off. I had a set of AC Type III for 4 years and nothing, and Michigan roads are the worst in the country. So Its defently worth spending the extra cash and getting the real ones, honestly I can't tell the difference but if it will end up costing you another 1000 dollars in crack/dent repair its not worth it.
Find a used set on ebay or on the board, I think you can find a nice set with rubber for 1800-2000....and since a knock off set costs 800-1000+good rubber another 600-800 your in the same price range.
Good Luck

eurocar328 08-15-2006, 03:06 AM why? your wheels are hot...btw which front lip is that? acs??
Artikgrau325is 08-15-2006, 05:13 AM Didn't AC go crazy and destroy all the replicas a while back?
They totally put all the sets they could get and stuck them in the metal crusher or something...it was quite...wrenching to see really...
