well it's the little wifey's birthday in about two weeks, she has declared that i will be taking her to the inner harbor for dinner.

I need suggestions of places to go, the date is june 28th, its a wed. so reservations should not be too hard to get, I'd also like the total price of dinner to be under 120 for 2 people, we do not drink wine so this is a generous amount i feel...
