How do I get it off of the trim? I tried bug and tar remover thinking it would melt the wax but , no when it dried there was the wax...I know there is wax remover for paint but , do not know if it will eat the plastic...Buy new trim???HELP PLEASE.....

I use the Mr. Clean Magic eraser and then wipe with a towel and water...then top it off with whatever trim detailer you want...
works for me...
I've also heard that peanut butter and a rag is pretty good too, but I haven't tried that personally...
Good luck

These are pretty much the top two ways of dealing with it. Pink pencil erasers will work too, just use whatever you already have. It make take more than one try to get everything off depending on how much wax you have on there. In the future use a wax that doesn't stain the trim. S100, Souveran, and Natty's are just a few of the many that don't stain and look amazing.

-Randy Thanks , I will try the Mr. Clean pencil Monday and when I wax the Car again I will try out the Souveran to avoid the mess in the future...Live and learn , Most of the time.....
