Hey Guys,

We're installing new tie-rods and control arms into my e30 this weekend. It took us alld ay to get as far as we did yesterday. We're having a hard time seperating the control arms from the subframe and knuckles. We're using a mini air compressor and some pickle forks on an air hammer. Anyone have a ball-joint puller I could use today?

We also got the new bushings pressed half-way into the old rear arm mounts. Won't budge the rest. Anyone have a bearing or hydraulic press we could use? Consider $$. I'd appreciate it if anyone could help us out in this jam. Thanks!

I have found that the air hammer often doesn't help.
I just use the pickle fork and hit it with a big hammer and that seems to work better.
