I'm assuming the 16 grand was a miss print? I got a GC coil-over kit for $399 (direct from GC their shop is near my house), and new koni struts/shocks for $550 (ebay). If you want the shortened strut housing and complete coil over kit w/ Koni Adjustable struts/shocks, camber plates, rear shock mounts, bump stops, and Eibach springs (to your desired rate), its around $3,000..
