$12k? Isn't that a bit on the steep side, esp. considering that the car isn't in perfect (or even near-perfect) condition?

I found another M3. Is this a good buy? This one is at 10k, does this need a lot of work?

No,

if it was perfect then it would fetch a lot more. It's not unusual for the mint ones with low miles to get in the mid and upper 20ks.

looks clean, too clean for a 10k car from a dealer. I couldn't see what the mileage or other information was, but i would be a little suspicious of a car that clean for 10k. If it runs as good as it looks it is worth 15-18k without too much trouble.
