How about the blue that was on the conquest TSI around 1989, that color was amazing. I will see about finding it...it was electric blue.

Also the r32 GTI MK IV, has and outstanding blue.

So are you looking for a flat blue or metallic? That will help alot.

Its all your preference. IMO any electric blue or whatever belongs on a Honda, they just look like toys to me on a bimmer...

There is that blue on the M3 e36. I think its similar to electric blue or laguna seca is the name or something.

Naah go with Lucerne Blue. Its a Pontiac color on late 60's and early 70's GTO's and Trans Ams. Its would look hot on a 320i. Just about the same color as LeMans Blue for Camaros and Chevelles of the same era.

Another color would be Glacier Blue (Also a 69 Camaro color) or this Astro Blue (about the same as Glacier)

That electric blue or even a Viper blue is too much on the e21. Too ricer looking.

I think metallic looks better and I want it dark blue

This is mine - Stratosblau Metallic. Not very dark but does appear darker than this in low light conditions.
