I wanna get my pops better tv for fathers day, but im unsure of the best providers here in BC. Im thinking bell expressvu but ive heard mixed reviews. what do you guys think is best. and which one would let me keep the original channels. right now i know where everything is from 2-60, and i dont wanna have to relearn where erverything is.

I used to have Bell Express-Vu satelite and I now have Shaw Cable. They're both pretty much the same, except Shaw has regular channel numbers (I think, I never had a different cable provider in Surrey) and Bell was completely different channels (Like, 200s were Canadian, 300s were American, etc..).

so since there is no difference id probably prefer shaw? how many channels did you get too?

You can choose different packages, I think, which allow you to get as many or as few channels as you want. Right now I just get like most of the 0-80ish (including movie channels), some in the 130-140 range (Eastern time-zone channels) and music channels in the 900s or something.

thanks, looks like shaw it is. do you get a satalite with them, or just a box. my dad is big would like either but theres just sometihng so balling about the satalite.
