The fuel pressure regulator is mounted on the fuel rail, which is attached to the intake manifold. It looks like a cylinder sticking to the rail.

Hm, ya got me there, I found the part:

but as you can see, it doesn't give a lot of placement detail. I think it is one of those relays mounted on the intake manifold support arm close to the firewall.
