i got a speeding ticket in bass river county, nj doing 91 in a 65 zone. I had a lawyer represent me in that county's court.... i get a call today and find out the price of the summons....it's a no point ticket @ $439.00..

does that seem too high for a speeding ticket? keep in mind that's the price not including attorney fees.

They probably gave you "inproper operation" which is what i got when i got pulled over for 67 in a 55, but it was a construction zone so it was 67 in a 45...Got not points and paid $430.00...Sounds right to me:redspot ...You should be happy for getting no points
