That must be BS. There was a guy in the UK that had my Supra up for sale a ton of times. I could necer get him caught. Look closely at the ad. They always get something wrong. they say tranny is auto. :lol They also scanned all pictures from the magazine. If he was going to sell his car he would have better high res digital pics for sure.

What they do is go on cardomanin, google for other sites, car forums and all that. They copy pictures and text about the car exactly. That is why it looks like he wrote it. One of the problems with so much available personal information. Anyone can copy it and use it. I bet he wants a deposit and then he will send ship the car...if you like it then you send the rest of the money. That is how he scams people out of a couple thousand for each auction. He uses a fake escrow company or has you send a personal wire transfer so it can't be traced.

If its BS...that guy did a hell of a job making the thing up. Its very well documented. He even has adam's email address and all...actually seems real. Thats a really nice car, shame he's selling it.

I remember a thread talking about a way to have a manual look with auto but you have to be very careful not to touch it once in drive cause you could easily click it right up into reverse. Not sure if he did this or not.

It is not smog legal. Nothing that AA does is, but I guess if they don't care about visual and you have cats, it can pass.

So one needs to buy this car and turbocharge it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wonder how much he will get for it ? $30k-40k

if it doesn't pass the visual, the car isn't smog legal then, it only passed a sniffer test.
