Hey Guys. My roommates dad is giving him a '76 2002. It's pretty clean an the body doesnt' have any rust( that we can see right now).
I know alot of people swap the 320 5 speed tranny in, add 15's. What i'm wondering is, how difficult is the 318 FI conversion? Also I have an M42 complete motor at the house. How indepth is the engine swap for that?

AFAIK the m42 is a hard swap to do and people choose the m20 swap over it. Also, Megasquirt seems to be the prefered FI to convert to.

I dont think its that difficult to do 318 injection though. As long as you have the computer and everything, it should just go right in. Its the same motor, just fool injected.
