here it is, I've got a 1991 300zx, aztec red on black leather interior. The car has nearly 90k miles and a clean title, 5 speed, and the interior is mint, the outside has been resprayed and is in great condition as well, it is all stock except for 2 parts, a Jim Wolf technology ecu chip, and a Jim Wolf Technology air intake, for those that dont know, jim wolf is to the 300zx as dinan is to bmw, its looked at as a very safe route to mod the car.

The car has had EXTENSIVE maintenance work done since i took ownership back in march, its got:
(basically the whole 120k mile kit, but i will list it all)
new timing belt
new drive belts
new water hoses
new crankshaft sprocket plate
water pump gasket
camshaft o-ring seals
camshaft oil seals
tensioner springs
timing belt tensioner
thermostat
crankshaft oil seal
belt tensioner stud
idler pully and stud
secondary idler pully and stud
new spark plugs
only 4k miles on the tires
one injector replaced
new slotted/drilled rotors from amzperformance
Hawk HPS brake pads
SS brake lines
new brake master cylinder
ATE super blue brake fluid
new EFI harness (common for these to get worn and corroded in this car)

all of the above parts except for the tires have around 500 miles on them.

i am the 4th owner of the car,

owner number 1 had the car from 1991-1994, and bought it from San Mateo Nissan, owner number 2 had it from 1994-2000, and owner number 3 (who’s in-laws happen to be owner number 2) had it from 2000-2006, I have owned it since mid march, 2006.

while under ownership of owner number 2, his wife took the car to the store and as she was driving in the parking lot was backed into, so driver side front fender was replaced, and the re-spray was done at the same time, this does not show up on carfax.

the car is always filled with chevron 91 gas from the station near me that has its own pipe for the 91, that way I don’t get a mix of 87 when I fill up, a small detail, but it goes to show how much i have cared for the car in the short time I have owned it.

has such options as: adjustable suspension, heated mirrors, power mirrors,

also has an alpine head unit, and the speakers were replaced with infinity speakers, don’t really know the specifics of it all as i bought it like that and I don’t really care for stereo stuff, the car also has a viper alarm system.

i would LOVE to trade for a 95+ bmw m3, 98-2001 integra type r, 2002+ wrx, or something interesting.

why am I selling? simple. only having 2 seats isn’t working well for me, but besides that, the car is amazing.

after going through autotrader, i guess ill just throw it up at $15,500.00 OBO.

Bump for a VERY sweet ride, you must have very cool In-Laws! I doubt you'll get 15k for it, but it's nice to see that work of art remain almost stock for a change! I'm on Vacation in California the last two weeks of June, where are you located?

Yeah no doubt it seems like a very nice car. But $15k for a 15 year old car is sorta a lot. Goodluck with the sale tho, I used to own one myself. My car was a SGP stage 6. I love these cars.

just out of curousity how does the whole 4 wheel steering work?
is it only at certain speeds? and do the back wheels actually turn?
i think it would be interesting to put this up to my porsche 928...

I believe it starts working at highway speeds (40+ iirc). Yes, the rear wheels will actually turn a few degrees.

300hp stock from the factory, and 4 wheel steering!

I had a 91 twinturbo silver. Its fast but to heavy, and the 4 wheel steering only is good for street driving, most people take it off on the track with stillen bar and eliminate it entirely. You should try twinturbo.net and see if you can sell it there, but you would be luck to get more than 10 for it. Good luck with the sale.
