Has anyone gone there? Will it be a good alternative to auto-x's?

Ahh, but I went back and raced the cars a couple weeks after...that was fun. I think the gokarts across the bay are better though.

I've been there with friends, but never raced. I prefer Go Kart Racer over by SFO because they have more than one track, and it's a bit bigger. I wouldn't say it's a good alternative to autocross unless you're trying to save wear and tear on your car since it's pretty damn expensive since it's $50ish for a race, but it is a lot of fun.

The NorCalBMW guys go every 1st Saturday of the month I think. Refer to NorCalBMW.com

i tried the one in burlingame hella fun.

It's fun as hell. I roll with a group once per month (NorCalBMW). Go with a group of friends and get really competitive, doesn't get any better. :redspot

One of them actually has his own kart, and races occasionally at Infineon.

I just had a session on Saturday in Burlingame. God, I'm freakin' sore......my arms/wrists/ankles. Back and neck is kinda whacked......I got hit and spun around in a few tight s-curves. Gonna run that mofo over if I see him in the streets.:mad

Personally, I think the one in Santa Clara might be better. I never been to the one in Fremont.
