My car is a huge pain in the ass. In addition to the million other little things wrong with my car, it now apparently leaks oil and it's not even four years old yet!!
GOD DAMNIT TIMMAH!!!
Ok, now to get to the point of this thread, would it be conceivable that the oil leakage would have stemmed from the t-boning I took a little while back? Or am I just screwed beyond belief?

It's possible that the crash knocked something loose. How much oil are you losing?
If you can't find an obvious source, clean up the engine bay and look again after a drive.
It's probably coming from a valve cover gasket. Like GP said, clean it and check it a day or two later...
