so i got bored and started screwing around with this diagram that i had of an earily E21.

i started with this.

the wtfcircus showed me how to drop it.

heres my unfinished one.
im talking about the gradient blend of the colors, instead of just a fill...

ok, so....ummm....uhh....did you just use it like a spray can to say, with white? I'm just starting out with this PS, and trying to get things looking realistic is proving to be difficult. I definetly dig the OP's art. but that gradient makes it.

on some parts i did use it like a "spray can" such as around the fenders where it curves

but the other parts i selected the blank areas and used the gradient tool which u can use if u right click the fill tool
and changed the gradient from blue to white in some parts and black to blue in others...


if u wanna use a brush like a "spray can" just use a big brush and turn the softness all the way down...
