To find out my new boss(which is coming from jersey ) is a real bimmer nut. He's Dinan crazy too. Not sure what make or model he has, havent spoken to him much since all the training and him moving. So I invite him to our meets?

Wait a while & if the work chemistry is good, then do it.

if he's a dinan guy he would seem more into the "m3forum" type meets. You might have to abandon the normal meets and attend the "I have my head up my ass and will race you since I have every dinan mod on my car and i'm superfast and have 1000 dinan points with the dinan badge i'm cool" meets.

:D

I'd avoid mixing business with pleasure especially unless I got to know the guy (or gal) first.

Don't be jealous Ray. I got completely smoked on the way home in my Nissan from some guy with 7 sets of Dinan floormats in his car. It gave him enough points to get the Dinan badge, so of course he completely waxed my ass. Like 10+ lengths by 120mph. We all know it went the OTHER way when we had a little run-in. :redspot

BTW - I'm post happy hour - you done being sick yet? I'm willing to work on your jalopy to get that piece rolling. It doesn't need a suspension to tune that idle son!

maybe you should ask for a raise before you get serious about inviting him to a meet...

I didn't think the floormats added points. Maybe I should get some, but I'm partial to my Notre Dame floormats :)

They must have, since he was probably in the 500+rwhp range with all those points. :eyecrazy

Good thing it wasn't raining hard, or his Dinan "slurpee straw" intake would probably take a drink and toast his engine. :shifty
