i have cs2 and just wondering how you resize stuff, for instance i have a wheel but when i drag it over the car it just fills the screen and my car with 1 huge wheel

do this. select the layer your wheel is on, and press CTRL+T. You should see a toolbar at the top that has a "H: " and a "W: ". Enter an amount less than 100, like 50 and then resize it to ur liking.

but sometimes the wheel is so big the corners dont show, so thats why i was sayin..
