suggestions where to get them and what brand? wouldn't mind getting something over the internet but would rather prefer something local so i can pick them up.

I bought some OEM from the dealer. They were like $20.00. Price is not bad! and they come with two keys.

McGard, you can guy them anywhere including pepboys.

wheel locks of any type will not prevent a thief from jacking your wheels, they'll just annoy him and require him to bring out his special tools.

McGard makes the wheel locks for ACS...they are pretty good for what they are. I had a set of Gorilla locks...the locks rusted out.
