Why dont you give them a call 732 791 2331 or PM "Bill" or "Wiseguy ON"...Since they are the guys of MSR they will tell you if they can fix the problem...Nothings open memorial day....If i was them i wouldnt want to be open either...They do know a lot, so maybe they can help you, but im sure they would have to look at it and diagnose the actual problem before they say yes or no...But best bet is to call or private message one of them...Good Luck!
