Photo courtesy of E36///M3, being my ride is as close a match as it gets, except tints.

PS Gods, please put out versions:
1) 44% tint, smoked corners. GT front side splitters, black.
2) #1 plus CF hood, or solid black hood. Badge delete.
3) #2 plus CF trunk, or solid black trunk. Wing delete.
4) #3 plus painted mouldings.
5) #4 with black BBS RGR or similar patterned black wheels

BIG THANKS!

I think you're supposed to supply pictures of the modifications you want. But I'll get started.

im glad you started this thread, i wanted to see how some of these mods would look. Im thinking carbon trunk and hood, max velocity splitters (painted dakar) black roof, and black wheels.

whats does everyone think of the painted mouldings? ive never been a fan but these p-shops make it look appealing.

Glad to get your nod on this. By adding all these blacks, the mouldings odd to get a spray to even things out. Like you I'm not a fan of it, so will leave it until all black stuffs are on. Roof....can stick film on but duno how well it'll fare against the sunroof (weld?) and the hot weather, outdoor parking here.

Eric, whats your paypal account? I'd like to make a donation.

Dave too, if you can black out your BBS then put on Eric's, it'll be my blueprint.

Painted moldings on Dakar are hideous...please do not do it. I also think the carbon fiber looks horrible because it is way too much of a contrast. Silver RG-Rs would look alot cleaner. The only ideas that look decent are the velocity splitters in my opinion. Everything else just takes away from the classy and clean look of the car. I am a believer that harsh exterior mods like carbon fiber pieces, black wheels, black roof, etc. only look good on simple darker exterior colors. Otherwise, on cars like estoril, techno, dakar, laguna seca, etc; it just makes the car look cheap and ricey.

I dunno some of those p-shops look pretty hot. Dakar is a color that can be modded aggresively.

Dakar is sensitive and hard to do right. Rims are atop the list. Concerns of overkill/rice/unwanted attention makes me reluctant to go CF too, no matter how much I wish to shave wt up front.

great touchups with the mouldings and the wheels are just perfect! just the trunk and splitters will make this one more chop to die for.
can you make the RGRs all matt black including the outer rim? just happen to have such an offer in 18" from a buddy.
