I can not get the radio to stay off in the car.

When the radio is shut off and then I turn the car off, then when the car is started the radio will come on after a short delay.

It remembers volume and station or CD mode that was selected prior to shutting it off just not that it is supposed to stay OFF.

Dealers service has not been helpful, one suggested putting car to sleep and reloading the software.
Mostly don't understand why I don't want the radio to come on when the car is started.

I can not find anything in the I-drive menu to resolve this issue.


Anythoughts?
