RAD Motorsports in Waipahu, $20 per tire. Very professional, very quick. They can straighten your wheels if needed.

I also second that.
If they can properly mount $6500 HREs, I think they can properly mount most wheels as long as you don't make them super stretch a tire or something.

I've had most of my tire work done there...FIW, they are Tire Rack recommended installers...
