I was just told that on the 17th I get to go to Rapid City, SD for a week/weekend to deploy a new system at the site.
On a complete different side note, I made a picture for a coworker. She LOVES Dale Jr. and I hate NASCAR and let her know it every time I see her. So here is the pic I made just for her. MS Paint FTW!

I found western South Dakota to be a beautiful place.
Sunsets were incredible. Hit up Badlands and Mount Rushmore.
Badlands is like being on the moon. Wear shitty shoes, I have no idea what the Badlands are made out of, but it rained briefly while we were out there and the dirt pretty much turned into cement that stuck to me sneakers for as long as I had them. It never came off.
When I drove across SD, it was all flat on the eastern side of the Missouri. As the Missouri River moves west, it leaves flatland behind it. As soon as you cross the Missouri, the terrain west of the Missouri got all hilly and stuff. That was cool, you would never notice something like that if you did not drive through it.
