I'm not sure what other vendors sell the PC. marine4u123 05-01-2006, 02:37 PM I bought mine from Tropi Care. It came with 3 pads. Just need to buy some poorboys stuff now.:shifty luckytopher 05-01-2006, 02:39 PM woo woo go tropicare... (good friends w/ the owner... have used tropi-care since the day it came out!) GriFF3n 05-01-2006, 03:40 PM The hardest part is going to be finding a vendor. Ill ask autoGeek if their interested. Dont be afraid to you use your contact with tropicare luckytopher:) luckytopher 05-01-2006, 03:41 PM good idea.. totally didn't cross my mind.. i'll call steve tonight and ask him what he can do for us GriFF3n 05-01-2006, 03:51 PM good idea.. totally didn't cross my mind.. i'll call steve tonight and ask him what he can do for us Great topher. I just emailed AutoGeek's sales rep. and asked if he'd be interested in joining our community as a supporting vendor. I saw a kit on there for about $190. If we can get it to about $150 shipped i think that would be pretty good. Well have to wait and see. Cross your fingers :drink1 crzysnake135 05-02-2006, 10:19 AM i would be in Iron Chef 05-02-2006, 10:32 AM Great topher. Made myself look like an ass in the email i sent them then :stickoutt . Still awaiting feedback from them on wether or not they are going to do it. GriFF They do offer a 10% discount to use already too (code is "clubmember"), so they may be willing to up that to 15% or something. $190 is the kit, minus 10% is $171 already. I think one of you said you would be in at $150, but I kinda doubt they'll go quite that low. Maybe able to get 160-165. Good luck though, it is a great polisher. luckytopher 05-02-2006, 05:43 PM $190 is the kit for what?! $119 + $8.50 shipping... still cheaper than the $150ish... - http://www.coastaltool.com/cgi-bin/SoftCart.exe/a/port/pr7424.htm?L+coastest+dqvm9432ff160c16+1146646082 GriFF3n 05-02-2006, 07:01 PM $190 is the kit for what?! $119 + $8.50 shipping... still cheaper than the $150ish... - http://www.coastaltool.com/cgi-bin/SoftCart.exe/a/port/pr7424.htm?L+coastest+dqvm9432ff160c16+1146646082 Good find Topher. The kit from autogeeks includes a bunch of pads and stuff. Its pretty much the starter kit for a polisher. GriFF luckytopher 05-02-2006, 07:14 PM cool griff.. i get all my pads and polishes from tropicare... locally for me :) fisherbln 05-02-2006, 08:22 PM $190 is the kit for what?! $119 + $8.50 shipping... still cheaper than the $150ish... - http://www.coastaltool.com/cgi-bin/SoftCart.exe/a/port/pr7424.htm?L+coastest+dqvm9432ff160c16+1146646082 190 is their pad kit that someone else mentioned they were looking at. If you want just the PC, you can get it for $129 -10%= $116.10 (shipping is around the same I would guess) from autogeek. Not a huge difference in price, but its nice to order from a supporting vendor. Not to mention you can also order your other detailing supplies at the same time and save on shipping (unlike coastal). If you guys want another option, Lowes is also supposed to sell it locally for a decent price (not sure about exact price though).
