not bad for the old girl (154k miles). till i get a new clutch this is all i could get out of her tonight. 12.805 @ 111mph. it's pretty good for a CF s50 but i will try to bring that down some more.

I was thinking the same ive gone 117mph on 360-370rwhp, unless the s/c application, like I said on an earlier post that you have to wait for the power, which means by then the 1/4 is over, Drew im not crushing your thread, im also interested possibly other s/c guys can get there car down the track with similiar power and compare trap speeds, anyway good times I see your improving keep up the good work.

i will be getting that down this summer i just figured out that my intake is wrong. i only have a 3" intake on the car it should be running a 3.5, i have headers to put on, i am going to need a clutch and tires. i will have this car into the low 12's by mid summer.

oh and by the way this was done on street tires and full street dress a little over 3500 lbs.

UUC Stage 2 Flywheel & UUC UltraSmooth... I use to have the ICS recommended Tilton setup, but since I don't have Turbo power, thought it was a lil too much. However, I just broke over 1k today and did an extremely quick 1-2-3 and it was slipping :mad

We'll see if it happens again. I'm pretty sure the tires weren't spinning...

that sucks! i can't complain too much, my setup is rated at 400 crank HP (back in the day there weren't too many high hp cars) and i am running 400 wheel hp. so it is holding up remarkably well. but i know i need more.

I can have a disc made for you, and keep all the other stuff the way it is and have the same kind of stock feeling in the pedal, you have to admit the other set-up was abit much but, but bad ass.

dude you must have glazed the flywheel somehow. I have been running that Performance Organic setup for some time now which is a grade below the Ultrasmooth. Im making about the same power as you, and have had absolutely no slippage at all. I didnt upgrade to the 325 slave cylinder as noted, so the feel is light an easy. The thing with ceramic clutches is, if you dont break them in good, they can be toast. Thats why i stayed away from caeramic.

Call me tomorrow @ work, UUC has nothing that will hold your power! Charlies M3 clutch is probably slipping between high RPM shifts due to the power he is making his car explodes upstairs, which is much less than you. Call the office tomorrow.

It was broken in very properlly. And I had new friction plates installed on the plates. We'll see. Rob's worked with me in the past, so we will se if I need his assistance again.

But trust me, if I drive it like I stole it... (which hurts to do btw) its fun ;)

I'm still gonna actually get a retune from NickG whens hes up this way again. I got the cams, but didn't have the funds for the retune, so I'm waiting for him to be up at ICS again in person and get everything dialed in :)

I thought my clutch was slipping, but after the way it hooked up at the track, I don't think it is, it is just lots of new found wheelspin when on the street, and on street tires.

on the street 1st, 2nd and utterly useless so you may think your slipping the clutch.Im not sure how your car is, but i can assume you suffer even more since boost kicks on quicker.
Charlie I dont encourage it but to really find out get into 3rd and see how it feels from 5000rpm till redline then try quickly slap her into 4th at high rpms, if you have the room making sure there arent any coffe drinkers on the sideline. When i first broke my clutch in with teh LTW flywheel i thought the clutch couldnt hold it, but its just the function of the boost upstairs. Like i said try it out Charlie.

I tried but I was afraid of braking something :( I know... no balls no glory... :D We'll try again soon.

3500lbs and 111mph is about 375rwhp, low 12's should be fairly easy with that power
