You can usually find Mother's clay kits in normal auto stores (my local Autozone carries it). Otherwise, check out www.autogeek.net.

Most Autozone/Advanced Auto/... carry the Mother's clay kit. It's in a tall rectangular box and says California Clay Kit or something on it.

If you don't need it right away then autogeek.net, not .com. They'll have everything you need.

the mothers kit is convenient. has everything you need, but small amounts of it. california gold clay bar kit.... its a red and gold box, if you dont see it, ask for an associate to show you, or just get some clay and lube from autogeek like mentioned. they also have the mothers kit available for the same price i think
